To decide hand building or throwing

I always thought I would prefer throwing to hand building but I didn't get the same connectivity with the process...yet. When I hand build I enjoy the slowness and time with the clay and the process. Sometimes I don't know what I am going to create, you listen to the clay!
My favourite pots from my throws are the twisted ones, with more motion! Taking this course taught me what my preferences are. Bringing a simple form to life with quirky touches and underglaze paints.
